We are in conversation on how they will be doing that. · If you would like a locked mailbox let us know and we can give you the link for the approved mailbox. Monuments · Plat 3 cleaned up the moments. · Plat 3 is helping us with certain projects because of a discrepancy about whether we were owed any dues, or how much, when we separated. Since there wasn’t proper documentation at the time, they’re now working with us to make it right. Tree Maintenance · 1 tree needs to be removed in a cul-de-sac on fieldstone Dr. and 381st. The city missed this tree in their clean up. We could use some help. · Manny and Gene cleaned up the trees last time. We are looking for volunteers to help this year. Date to be determined. Lawn Care · Work with other plats to help take care of ditches · The city and county own the ditches. We are looking into a way they can mow them. The ditches can be dangerous to mow. Seasonal Cleanup · Cleaning up the trees on the sidewalk. Community Events · Bring in Medina Tacos. · 1st weekend in June? Need to work around graduations. · Bring in other plats. · Keep it on Fieldstone. Virtual Participation · Zoom meeting with next meetings. · Requested by new homeowners. · Possible stream to FB. Communication and Participation · FB Page – options for live and Zoom · New Website almost finalized – It will have Updates, documents, maintenance, Communication Inter-Board Relations · Other HOAs are trying to put in no parking signs. · Other HOAs want a crime watch. · County is doing an assessment for the speed on Falcon due to the potential new homes and businesses. · We do not want to participate in the crime watch, at this time, and we do not agree with no parking signs in our neighborhood. Board Ballot Vote · Elected Deb Donnely New Board Member. Financial Report · 21 dues paid as of today. · 35 unpaid. (since meeting~ we have 3 unpaid) · Now $1963.77, with dues will be $2863.77. · Insurance, Due Oct. 1, Auto Owners Insurance - $701 per year, Stein agency – Looking at moving local to Empire Insurance. (current) · Stamps, Envelopes, Printer paper, Computer ink, Potential Legal Fees, Neighborhood gatherings. (future costs) · Reimbursement to Jeff and Haylee, They paid for all lawyer fees from last year. · $577 left to pay Jeff & Haylee, After all bills are paid our desire is to pay them back in full.
